We have an Officiant on staff to help you prepare and plan the perfect ceremony. He will dress as you wish and speak as little as or as much as you would like. It's your day - he wants to conduct the wedding your way. He is licensed by the State of Ohio to conduct weddings and there is no charge for his services. We are a LGBTQ friendly facility.

We have a very nice selection of tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware that is included in our price. Anything that you may need extra we can get for you AT COST. Wedding accessories have crazy marked up prices and we don't want you to have to pay it. Let us help you save big bucks and get it exactly as you want.

Our staff does an amazing job - like a busy hive of honey bees - to clean it all up after your celebration. We don't want you to worry about a thing! We ask that you designate a contact person to help us preserve what you want - other than that - please don't worry - we will get busy after you leave to shine the place up for the next guest.

It might seem like a little thing, until you have to worry about it. We don't want the tiniest detail overlooked, so we supply the ice for you and your caterer. From preparing your guests drinks to cooling down the nerves with an ice pack - we always have you covered.

We want you to have the party of your dreams. So please bring all the drinks - of EVERY kind - along to your event. We can't sell them, but you can provide them and we will make sure your guests stay in line. We don't anticipate any problems, but our insurance provider requires security for events involving alcohol. No worries - we provide that too. No charge!

We offer a 3% pay in full discount when paying for your entire event at contract signing. If needed, we also provide financing for your event - with NO interest! Let us know how we can assist you.
